Z bližnjo infrardečo spektroskopijo papirja izključujemo možnost novodobne ponaredbe rokopisov. Prispevek sklepa verzološka analiza.

Abstract: Prešernology recently documented two new manuscript versions of Prešeren's poems Dohtar and Slovo od mladosti. The authors describe their discovery and appearance, and present facsimiles of all known versions of the poems and their parallel diplomatic transcription. Near-infrared spectroscopy of paper excluded the possibility of falsification. The paper concludes with the analysis of Prešeren's prosody.

Slovenske dramatičarke v 21. stoletju: Med teorijo, prakso in inovativno pisavo / Slovene Women Playwrights in the 21st Century: Between Theory, Practice, and Innovative Writing

Ključne besede: slovenska književnost | slovenska dramatika | slovenske dramatičarke | postdramsko gledališče | Slovene literature | Slovene drama | Slovene women playwrights | postdramatic theatre

Sinopsis: Čeprav segajo začetki dramskega pisanja že k prvim slovenskim pisateljicam, Luizi Pesjak in Zofki Kveder, so bile dramatičarke v slovenski literarni zgodovini redke.

Abstract: Despite the fact that the earliest Slovene women writers, Luiza Pesjak and Zofka Kveder, wrote plays, women playwrights have been a rarity throughout Slovene literary history. In the new millennium, however, there has been a noticeable breakthrough of women playwrights, whose work is created and developed in close connection with their hands-on work in theatres. The analysis of 37 texts by 15 authors shows that the modern Slovene women playwrights focus on women's position in family and society, as well as on the problems of modern society and global issues. The texts also show an awareness that the dramatic form is going through a crisis; the authors address the problem of the plays' status, and research unconventional ways of playwriting.

Znanstvena pot do Terre Incognite (Slovenski ženski potopisi konca 19. in začetka 20. stoletja) / A Scholarly Path to Terra Incognita (Slovene Women’s Travelogues from the Late 19th and Early 20th Centuries)

Ključne besede: slovenska književnost | slovenske pisateljice | potopis | nacionalni stereotipi | nacionalna identiteta | ženska pisava | 19.-20. st. | Slovene literature | Slovene women writers | travelogue | national identity | national stereotyps | women's writing | 19th-20th century

V centru pozornosti so potopisi Luize Pesjak, Marice Strnad, Marice Gregorič Stepančič, Marije Kmet in Alme Karlin.

Abstract: The paper deals with travelogues written by women from the Slovene lands in the late 19th and the early 20th centuries. The primary focus is on the travelogues of Luiza Pesjak, Marica Strnad, Marica Gregorič Stepančič, Marija Kmet, and Alma Karlin. Women's travel has a special cultural status. Three aspects are considered in the article: genre peculiarities of the texts (purposes of travel, categories "one's own/other/foreign"), gender and national issues and the interconnection of them, as this this period when the struggle for the emancipation of women begins as well as the national identity actively takes shape.

Interpretacije Cankarjevega Martina Kačurja med mitom, vedo in teorijo / Interpretations of Cankar’s Martin Kačur between Myth, Science, and Theory

Abstract: The article examines interpretations of Ivan Cankar's Martin Kačur (1904) in Slovene literary studies. Based on post-Marxist theory (Althusser, Močnik, Jameson), it tries to find structural shifts within textual interpretations, which, according to Močnik, lead from mythographic interpretations toward literary studies per se. Izidor Cankar's afterword that accompanies Ivan Cankar's first collected works of 1929 tries to break through the mythographic practice of the previous interpretations. The same can be said for Taras Kermauner: with his interpretation of previous, particularly post-war readings, which were closely connected to the hegemonic ideology of vulgar communism, Kermauner entered the field of literary studies as Močnik sees it. Post-Kermauner interpretations do not take Kermauner's interpretations into consideration; rather, they mostly return to the thought of Izidor Cankar or even further into the mythographic matrix.

Hrvatarji v slovenski književnosti / Hrvatarji in Slovene Literature

Ključne besede: slovenska književnost | publicistika | Slovenci na Hrvaškem | sezonske migracije | hrvatarji | Slovene literature | journalistic texts | Slovenes in Croatia | seasonal migrations | hrvatarji

Književni teksti so literarno nadgrajeni z emocionalnimi prikazi karakterjev in okolja, v katerem živijo.

Abstract: The paper focusses on hrvatarji-seasonal migrants working in Croatian forests. The author compares information found in journalistic accounts in the Slovene press between the mid-19th to the early 20th centuries with information from literary texts by Ivan Trdina, Anthon Hren Kompoljski, Lea Fatur, and Zofka Kveder. The analysis of journalistic texts shows that in the documentary style of these texts the hrvatarji are presented as hard-working people struggling for their existence. The literary texts offer a literary upgrade to this perspective with emotionally depicted characters and the environment in which they live.

Logika zaumnega jezika ruske avantgarde / The Logic of the Transmental Language of the Russian Avant-Garde

Abstract: The paper examines the transmental language (zaum) and its conceptual framework; it aims to clarify its linguistic status as a poetic language, and the philosophical implications of informational aspects of this language "beyond reason". At the beginning of the 20th century, the Russian Avant-garde rejected the idea of artistic production as a mechanical imitation and established the autonomy of poetic language and literature; in the same period, the universal morphology of subjective experience was being researched. Zaum is recognized as one of the tools for altering human speech and thought, which would consequently result in the revival of the entire culture.

Krajevni govori od Babnega polja do Bosljive Loke / Local Dialects between Babno Polje and Bosljiva Loka

Ključne besede: slovenščina | fonologija | slovenska narečja | dolenjska narečna skupina | kostelsko narečje | Slovenski lingvistični atlas | Babno Polje | Novi Kot | Osilnica | Bosljiva Loka | Prezid | Tršće | Ravnice | Gerovo | Hrvatsko | Slovenian language | dialectology | phonology | Lower Carniolan dialects | Kostel dialect | Slovenian linguistic atlas | Babno Polje | Novi Kot | Osilnica | Bosljiva Loka | Prezid | Tršće | Ravnice | Gerovo | Hrvatsko

Abstract: The article outlines the main phonological features of the local dialects Babno Polje, Novi Kot, Osilnica, and Bosljiva Loka from the Slovenian side of the border, and Prezid, Tršće, Ravnice, Gerovo and Hrvatsko from the Croatian side. The local dialect of Tršće is presented in a form of a phonological description where the basic Slovene system is taken as a point of departure. The aim of the paper was to confirm, based on dialectal material, that all of the treated local dialects belong to the same dialect. The study confirmed the following working hypothesis: the national border does not present a dialectal border; the examined local dialects are not mixed; all of them can be classified as a part of the Western local dialects of the Kostel dialect of the Lower Carniolan group of the Slovene language.

Vpliv jezika diplomacije na normo knjižnega jezika / The Influence of Language of Diplomacy on the Literary Standard

Abstract: The article deals with the issues that arise in translating the terminology of diplomacy - due to historical, cultural, social, or other circumstances. The main finding of the study is that the Slovene diplomatic language is (still) developing and should therefore be standardized by experts as soon as possible to avoid poor (or even wrong) translations of this terminology.

Abstract: The article aims to define the predicative by surveying different types of nominal predicates in Slovene. Furthermore, it is an attempt at a contrastive analysis of Russian and Slovene constructions denoting an existing state within a specific temporal and spatial location.
